Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Chest & Shoulders, two differently-composed Legs days, Back & Shoulders, and Strength & Arms.

Physique Goal

Dense, dominant strength — a commanding, powerful build.

Performance Goal

Real strength on the compound lifts across every pattern, with genuine leg conditioning.

How Progression Works

Barbell and dumbbell lifts use double progression. Conditioning uses density progression. Target RIR drops from 3 to 2 across the two phases.

Training Philosophy

How DIO Trains

DIO's whole identity is supreme, dominant strength — the honest translation is maximal, high-volume compound training across the whole body, no half-measures. Real heavy lifting, real leg conditioning, nothing left out.
