Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Two circuit days (push-lean, pull-lean), two conditioning days, and a dedicated leg day authored fresh where the source left a real gap.

Physique Goal

Lean, functional, mechanically efficient — built for sustained precise output.

Performance Goal

Real strength-endurance across push, pull, and leg patterns, plus genuine conditioning capacity.

How Progression Works

Circuit days use density progression — same exercises, shorter rest. Conditioning uses density progression too. The leg day uses rep progression, then a harder unilateral variant in phase two.

Training Philosophy

How Genos Trains

Genos trains with cyborg precision — structured, disciplined, deliberately paced circuits rather than raw improvisation. This program keeps that precise, circuit-style feel (short rest, exact sequencing) while giving each of the five sessions its own real focus, instead of one session copy-pasted across the week.
