Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Two differently-composed Full Body days, two differently-composed Lower days, and a Cardio & Agility day.

Physique Goal

Lean, precise, and controlled — an elegant athlete's build.

Performance Goal

Real full-body control, unilateral leg strength, and genuine agility and sprint speed.

How Progression Works

Bodyweight movements use rep progression, then a harder variant in phase two (reverse lunge to bulgarian split squat). Agility work uses density progression.

Training Philosophy

How Cha Hae-In Trains

Cha Hae-In's real edge is precision and control — elegant, efficient movement rather than raw grinding volume. This program is built around agility, balance, and full-body control, a deliberately different feel from a repetition-first approach.
