Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Upper & Endurance, Lower & Core, two distinct Agility Conditioning days, and a second Full Body Endurance session.

Physique Goal

Athletic and explosive — real pulling strength and genuine speed, not a bulk look.

Performance Goal

A real muscle-up, strong sprint mechanics, and genuine lower-body endurance under fatigue.

How Progression Works

Rep progression on all bodyweight strength work; chin-up/pull-up upgrades to muscle-up in phase two. Sprint and agility work uses density progression.

Training Philosophy

How Ichigo Kurosaki Trains

Ichigo is a real athlete underneath the sword — fast, explosive, and durable. This program keeps that identity honest: upper and lower body strength-endurance, real agility and sprint conditioning, and a genuine advanced pulling progression toward the muscle-up, with nothing borrowed from sword-swing repetitions or shadow fighting.
