Sasaki Kojiro

Deaf Prodigy

Born deaf, Kojiro developed extraordinary spatial awareness and natural movement by observing the world in silence. His program is built around developing exceptional body awareness, coordination, and the fluid movement of someone for whom the body speaks what words cannot.

Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Upper Body Flow, Lower Agility & Stance, Mobility & Core, and Full Body & Endurance.

Physique Goal

Lean, controlled, and precise — a technical master's build.

Performance Goal

Real advanced pushing/pulling strength, a controlled pistol squat, and genuine agility and mobility.

How Progression Works

Bodyweight movements use rep progression, then a harder variant in phase two (bulgarian split squat to pistol squat, pike push-up to handstand push-up). Agility work uses density progression.

Training Philosophy

How Sasaki Kojiro Trains

Kojiro's mastery is pure technical precision — graceful, controlled movement, not raw explosive power. This program is more specialized than a broader athletic plan: real advanced pushing/pulling strength, agility, and genuine mobility and core control.
