Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Lower & Cardio, Upper, Cardio & Core, and Skill & Endurance.

Physique Goal

Dense, tough, and durable — a bodyguard's build.

Performance Goal

Real conditioning capacity, advanced pushing strength, and genuine skill movements (muscle-up, handstand push-up, L-sit).

How Progression Works

Bodyweight strength uses rep progression, then a harder variant in phase two (pike push-up to handstand push-up, chin-up to muscle-up). Conditioning uses density progression.

Training Philosophy

How Tae-Soo Park Trains

Tae-soo is Ken's protector — real, raw physical toughness backed by genuine advanced calisthenics skill. This program keeps that identity honest: hard conditioning, real strength, and a dedicated skill day for handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, and L-sits.
