Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Push, Legs, Pull, Full-Body Power, and Explosive Agility — five sessions with no easing in.

Physique Goal

Dense, powerful, always-training-harder build — visible strength with real explosive athleticism.

Performance Goal

Real strength on the big compound lifts, a genuine muscle-up, and explosive power across jumps and sprints.

How Progression Works

Barbell lifts use double progression. Muscle-Up starts band-assisted, progressing toward strict reps. Explosive work uses density progression. Target RIR stays at 2 throughout — Vegeta doesn't leave much in reserve.

Training Philosophy

How Prince Vegeta Trains

Vegeta never settles — he trains as if he's already behind, even at his peak. This program reflects that: Advanced intensity from day one, no beginner ramp, built around heavy compound strength and real explosive power.
