Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Parkour & Agility, Lower Body, Core & Cardio, Upper Body, and Full Body Explosiveness.

Physique Goal

Lean, quick, and explosive — built for speed and control, not size.

Performance Goal

Real sprint acceleration, clean explosive-jump landings, and genuine full-body agility.

How Progression Works

Agility and sprint work uses density progression. Bodyweight strength work uses rep progression, then a harder variant in phase two (pike push-up to handstand push-up, assisted pull-up to pull-up).

Training Philosophy

How Yoruichi Shihoin Trains

Yoruichi's real signature is speed most people simply don't have — the honest translation is parkour-style agility, real plyometric power, and genuine sprint mechanics, not a strength-first program. Every session is built around moving fast and landing clean.
