Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Two distinct Full-Body Explosive days, a Lower & Endurance day, a Speed & Agility day, and a Core & Recovery day.

Physique Goal

Lean, explosive, aggressive build — real power output, not size.

Performance Goal

Real explosive jump power, sprint acceleration, and a genuine muscle-up.

How Progression Works

Explosive and sprint work uses density progression. Muscle-up starts band-assisted. Target RIR stays at 2 throughout — this program doesn't ease off.

Training Philosophy

How Katsuki Bakugo Trains

Bakugo doesn't ease into anything — every session is maximum explosive effort, short and aggressive rather than long and gradual. This program keeps that intensity honest: real plyometric power, sprint speed, and short, hard full-body sessions across an 8-week block.
