Program Overview

Why This Program Works

Philosophy

Acrobat Push, Pull & Grip, Explosive Legs, Mobility & Reaction, and Active Recovery.

Physique Goal

Lean and powerful with genuine control — a showman's build, not a pure powerlifter's.

Performance Goal

Real weighted pressing/pulling strength, explosive leg power, and genuine balance and agility.

How Progression Works

Barbell lifts use double progression. Bodyweight work uses rep progression. Agility/balance work uses duration progression. Target RIR drops from 3 to 2 across the two phases.

Training Philosophy

How Hisoka Morow Trains

Hisoka trains like an acrobat and a strongman at once — real weighted pressing and pulling strength alongside genuine balance, agility, and explosive leg power. This program keeps that mixed identity honest: barbell work where it belongs, bodyweight and mobility work where it belongs.
